For uniform orders placed through on online store, please note that deliveries are made by the end of the day Sunday and orders may not be at the studio at opening.
Also, all questions regarding uniform orders placed online, returns, exchanges, etc. need to be addressed thru our storenvy contact form as all orders are handled directly thru Step N Up.

An ad designed by yourself is due September 7th. If you'd like PDD to design your ad, the due date is September 1st. NO late submissions will be accepted.

If you are receiving this email, this is to confirm that you have decided to PARTICIPATE in the January 2015 dance concert, Holiday Festivus.
On your Aug. 25th statement, you should see a costume deposit for each dance class that your child is enrolled in. Please let us know if there are any missing deposits as this means that we do not have your child on the costume order list for that class. (Note: For int/adv ballet, jazz, and hip hop classes, you will only be charged one deposit for each class since those classes meet 2-3 times a week)
Also, please remember that all fees are non-refundable.

- ALL ENSEMBLE AND PRINCIPAL CLASSES -- We request that the FULL CAST begin coming to all ensemble rehearsals SEPTEMBER 1
- FULL ENSEMBLE Rehearsals: MONDAY 5:00pm - 6:30pm and SATURDAY: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
- Saturday, September 13, 2014, 2:00pm - 8:00pm - Full Tech Rehearsal
- Monday, September 25, 2014, 5:00pm - 8:00pm - Full Tech Rehearsal
- Thursday, September 18, 2014, 7:00pm - 9:00pm - Final Dress Rehearsal
- Monday, September 22, 2014 , 5:00pm - 6:30pm - Pick up rehearsal
- Thursday, September 25, 2014, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Pas De Deux Hawaii will officially close Thursday and Friday due to weather conditions and the closure of several private schools on the island.
For those of you whose classes are on Thursday and Friday you will be allowed a make-up class preferably during our next Trial Week Sept 1st-7th. Call us if you would like to schedule your make-up on a week other than that. Make-ups are permitted based on availability.

Hi PDD Families,
With the possibility of severe weather later this week, the following will go into effect if needed:
Pas De Deux will close and cancel all classes if public schools are closed due to weather. If severe weather hits during non-school hours/weekend, we will close if city officials advise people to stay indoors.
We will try to send an email and/or update our blog if possible, but please follow TV/radio closure announcements and advisories. Students will be allowed to do a make-up class if we have to close the studio due to weather conditions.
