Holiday Festivus Agreement (Performing Students)

Hi Everyone,

If you are receiving this email, you have selected to perform in the January dance concert, Holiday Festivus.  Attached is a copy of the permission form that you submitted so that you have it for reference.  Dance directors will be emailing you soon with specific information pertaining to your individual class(es).

One change is to the sizing week that was supposed to occur last week.  Due to a delay in costumes, we had to push back the dates for sizing.  We should be receiving costumes soon and will be sizing and measuring students in the next few weeks.

Please note in the attached form the attendance policy for class/rehearsals/shows.  Teachers will be enforcing this policy.  Also remember that all fees are nonrefundable.

Be sure to check if you are enrolled in multiple classes, the show tracks align for all your classes.  Tracks can be found on your monthly statement in the class name, as well as on our class schedule online.  If your tracks do not align, please email us as soon as possible as changes need to be made in the next few weeks.

Volunteer information will be sent out soon by dance directors and tickets are expected to go on sale mid-November.
