Last Chance to Purchase Concert Accessories

Hi PDD Families,

This is just a friendly reminder to please purchase your concert accessories soon!  This is our last full week of classes before we close for concert rehearsals and shows.  Merchandise, if any, at LCC will be limited so please plan ahead.  We will only have one more delivery of items before concert, so please do not wait to get your shoes, tights, and hair & make-up accessories.  Refer to your email for hair, make-up, and accessory requirements.  You can also view those documents under "Class Docs" when you log in to your online account.  Teachers and directors are also able to help answer any questions you may have regarding what you need.

We have been getting a lot of requests for shoes that are selling as soon as we get them in stock.  If you have not already filled out this quick survey and still need to buy shoes, please take a minute to complete it by Wednesday so that we can get the needed inventory in time for concert.

Photo Day Reminders

Hi Families,

"That's a Wrap" is quickly approaching and portrait days are this week!  Please remember that if you signed up for an appointment for photos, you must purchase your photo package by the end of the day Wednesday in order to avoid an increase in price.  Prices increase on photo days.  If you have not yet received your costume, the rest of the costumes will be arriving this week and will be handed out in class.  Please see below for more information regarding photos.
  • Purchase your Dance Photo package via your PDD account in advance.  One package per costume. Package prices increase on photo days.
  • Unedited photos: purchase this option (one per costumes) to receive all unedited photos taken.  $10 per costume. 
  • Walk-ins are welcomed up to 2 hours before the last appointment.  Be sure to purchase your package and get your photo ticket at the front desk first.  Walk-ins will pay an additional $10 per costume, so book an appointment and pay in advance to avoid the increase.
  • On photo day (June 18th, 19th, 20th), pick up your photo ticket prior to your appointment at the front desk to present to the photographer.
  • Please arrive on-time and in costume with hair and make-up complete. Volunteer assistants will be on hand for touch ups and adjustments as needed.

*Please let us know prior to photo days if you sign up for a photo and are unable to attend so that we can open that time slot to others.

Ages 6 and under Costume/Make-up/Hair Check

Hello Ages 6 and under Families,

Since there will be no classes on Sunday June 21st, we will need to do our costume, make-up, hair and accessories check during classes beginning this weekend, Sunday June 14th.  Please attend your classes Sunday June 14th through Saturday June 20th in your performance costume, make-up, hair and accessories.  If your costume has not arrived yet, please attend classes in dance uniform and with performance make-up and hair.  Teachers will most likely hand out costumes during class.

Studio Concert Closure - Extended thru June 30th

Hi PDD Families,

We have an update to our closures.  We will be extending our upcoming Concert Week Closure thru June 30th.  So, we will now be closed June 21st-30th for all dance, theatre, and private music classes.   For those in dance classes, your new class schedule will be in effect when you return July 1st.  A schedule confirmation for July will be sent shortly reflecting any class time changes and promotion movements.

As a reminder, we do not pro-rate, credit, or offer make-ups for studio closures.  We ensure that families receive an average of 4 classes per month per session.  Adding these additional closures still keeps within this average of 4 classes.
